Breaking News: New Study Shows Vaccines Cause Brain Changes Found in Autism

“Abnormal brain growth and function are features of autism, an increasingly common developmental disorder that now affects 1 in 60 boys in the US. Now researchers from the University of Pittsburgh and Thoughtful House Center for Children in Austin, Texas, have found remarkably similar brain changes to those seen in autism in infant monkeys receiving the vaccine schedule used in the 1990’s that contained the mercury-based preservative thimerosal.

“The group’s findings were published … in the journal Acta Neurobiologiae Experimentalis. They used scanning techniques that assessed both brain growth and brain function in the same animals over time. The research team was able to see differences in the way the brains of vaccinated and unvaccinated animals developed. Scans were performed before and after the administration of primary MMR and DTaP/Hib boosters that were given at the human equivalent of 12 months of age.”

1. Seven Stepping Stones to a Life of Joy: The Path of Authenticity

Melody Larson

What does it mean to live authentically? Authenticity holds a power that is almost mystical in nature. It’s magnetic and we long for it now more than ever.

Why? My view is that authenticity opens the doorway to a life of spirit. What does the path of authenticity look like? Let’s explore the seven stepping stones that lead to a life of freedom and joy.

FIRST STONE: Be happy for no reason. There’s nothing you need to become, nothing that needs to happen, in order for you to be happy. Happiness is simply a choice.

Let go of the “when/then” game … When I lose 10 pounds, then I’ll be happy. When I’m in that perfect relationship, then I’ll be happy.

Here’s the deal: happiness doesn’t come when you’ve achieved your goals—it’s what allows you to achieve them.

The happiness that you seek is not the reward waiting for you at the end of your journey. It’s what makes the journey possible in the first place.

SECOND STONE: End the blame game. Do you blame others for the way your life has unfolded or is unfolding? Is it the fault of your childhood, your spouse, your boss, or the current state of world affairs that you are not happy? Are you giving away your power by seeing yourself as a victim?

To become empowered you have to take responsibility for yourself and for the way your life is going. No person or event can determine the shape of your life unless you allow it.

You allow it when you choose the safety of powerlessness over the risk of self-determination. The only failure in life is not choosing for yourself how you’re going to live it.

When you choose responsibility, a glorious thing happens: you stop living life in half measures and your life blooms in all its richness.

THIRD STONE: Simplify. Authenticity has a very hard time flourishing in the weed-strewn soil of complexity. You must pull out the weeds and make space for your soul desires to flourish.

Simplifying involves ridding yourself of materials, activities, and people that drain or scatter your energy. Clutter is the most visible sign of an overgrown life. Go through your stuff and clear out everything that you don’t use or that doesn’t please you emotionally.

After you’ve cleared some physical space, see if you can free up some time. Without time to slow down and connect to your heart, you won’t be able to hear its whisperings.

Finally, you’ve got to rid yourself of people who are toxic to you, who weigh you down instead of uplifting you. When you’ve cleared a clean, fertile space in your life, you can plant the seeds of your authenticity and cultivate your passion.

FOURTH STONE: Relish being selfish.

Oh no, I used the “S” word! We’ve been told for so long that being selfish is bad.

If you stop to think about it, anyone who says so is probably saying it out of a selfish desire for you to follow their rules!

If you want to live freely, you have to become selfish. There is nothing wrong with serving the Self. You have to put your own needs and desires above everyone and everything precisely in order to serve everyone and everything.

It’s exhausting to try to be all things to all people. You were never meant to apply your energy in this scattering way, but to concentrate your energy into the singular expansion of your own genius and uniqueness.

Selfishness in the highest sense of the word is about being yourself so fully that you can share yourself fully with others.

FIFTH STONE: Do your healing work. Healing work is about confronting the habits, hurts, and fears that keep you living small.

When you allow the fullness of who you are to step into the light, healing happens. The need for escapism, cures, and self-destructive habits diminishes.

When you let go of any guilt, pain, anger, or unworthiness that you’re experiencing, you open up the channel of effortless being. Universal Energy can flow through and you become the instrument of spirit you were meant to be.

There are many practices for doing healing work. Find what works for you and commit to shifting any beliefs or feelings that are holding you back.

SIXTH STONE: Cultivate compassion. Compassion is a profound human emotion. It pulls us out of egocentrism, enabling us to experience oneness with another and with all things.

This is another facet of authenticity because compassion removes the ego’s false gods of competition, morality and judgment from their thrones. It allows us an expanded view of the world—as spirit sees it.

There is nothing more freeing than allowing others their choices, than supporting them instead of trying to change them, or than honoring their own ability to guide themselves.

SEVENTH STONE: Hand over your keys. We’ve all heard the adage of surrendering to a higher power, of “letting go and letting God.”

The key here is to realize that this higher power is not something outside of you; it’s within you.

Surrender, then, is not powerlessness. Surrender is about turning over the driver’s seat of your life to your soul—to the full, intelligent, powerful, creative being that is the true you.

It’s about freeing yourself from the reckless driving of your personality that keeps crashing you into one dissatisfying conundrum after another or that keeps speeding you right past all those lovely, magical roadside attractions.

When you let your soul guide you, you surrender to the need to reach any destination, knowing that wherever you are in the moment is perfect.

The path to an authentic life is a journey inward to our inner being instead of outward into the world. It’s about claiming the power within us instead of seeking our power externally.

Authenticity means honoring the self, not the self-image. It means listening to soul rather than to ego. It allows our hearts, so long shushed by our intellects, to finally speak.

Aren’t you curious to hear what yours has to say?

2. The Marvelous Health of Unvaccinated Children

Françoise Berthoud

Once upon a time, in April of 2009 to be exact, I was invited to give a speech at a conference on vaccination. I was to talk after two of the best speakers France has to offer on the subject had their turn: journalist Sylvie Simon and biologist Michel Georget.

After hearing them speak in the past, it was absolutely clear to me that the best option is to stay as far away from vaccines as possible. I just did not know what to do instead to best assure staying alive and well.

As a pediatrician and homeopath qualified to speak on the subject, I decided to set up a conference called The Marvelous Health of Unvaccinated Children along with my friends, Sylvie and Michel.

This work would later evolve into a book that analyzes various life choices often made by families that do not vaccinate, including home birth, breastfeeding, simple therapies, good food (often vegetarian), a tranquil living environment, and trust in the capacity of the body to heal itself.

In my life as a pediatrician, I had spent lots of time in dialogue with parents who often needed to voice their fears about both disease and vaccines. We worked out together the best route for their children.

Some chose not to vaccinate at all. Others held on to fear of disease, especially tetanus. In those cases, we postponed vaccination as much as possible and used a homeopathic protection and “cleansing” called nosode.

I worked in Switzerland where there is no real legal obligation to vaccinate, only great social pressure. In France, just a few kilometers from my office, there were four compulsory vaccinations at the time. (BCG was fortunately removed in 2007, and three remain: Di, Te, and Pol.)

Some of the basis of my ability to speak on the marvelous health of unvaccinated children comes from my personal experience as a medical doctor, having collected years of feedback such as:

* “My child began coughing immediately after the vaccination.”

* “He has had constant ear aches since he was vaccinated.”

* “My 16-year-old daughter is completely unvaccinated. She is almost never sick. If she does get sick, it’s two days at the most.”

* “The neighbors’ kids followed normal vaccination guidelines. They are constantly sick and on antibiotics.”

By themselves, such comments were not enough to write a book. But as it turned out, I found these observations paralleled over and over again all over the world. Follow me around the planet.

In England Michel Odent, M.D., showed in two studies that children having received no pertussis vaccine had 5-6 times less asthma than those who were vaccinated for it. The first study was on 450 babies from La Leche League; the second one on 125 children in a Steiner school.

Throughout Europe a group of mostly pediatricians studied 14,893 children in Steiner schools in Austria, Germany, Holland, Sweden and Switzerland and found that children living in “anthroposophist culture” (where vaccination is largely shunned) were in better health than the controls.

In Germany one of the researchers studying Steiner schools wrote, “In the eastern part of Berlin before the fall of the wall, we saw fewer allergies than in the west. This population was poorer, nearer nature and less vaccinated.”

Too much hygiene is not always good. As U.K. researcher and originator of the “hygiene hypothesis” David Strachan might say, "give us this day our daily germs.”

In 1999 in Spain, medical doctors Xavier Uriarte and J. Manuel Marín published a study on 314 children they followed starting in 1975. This group of children was characterized by a majority of homebirth or natural births, prolonged breastfeeding, no vaccinations, holistic health education, and no allopathic medicine.

There were no serious diseases, few hospitalizations (mostly for traumas), and 3.3% asthma compared to 20% in the general population. And of course, a lot of money was spared!

United States

The rate of autism in the United States is now an unthinkable 1 in 100. Those who are unvaccinated boast numbers that run in shocking contrast to the nation’s statistics.

As this article is directed to the American people, I will not go on at length here. Most of you know the work of your very own journalist Dan Olmsted showing the incredible absence of autism in the unvaccinated Amish communities of Pennsylvania and Ohio.

Chicago-based Homefirst Medical Clinic, run by a group of medical doctors including director Mayer Eisenstein, has no known autism combined with super-scarce allergies in their children, many of whom were home deliveries, and most of whom have had no vaccinations.

In 1985 I translated into French U.S. pediatrician Robert Mendelssohn’s How to Raise a Healthy Child in Spite of Your Doctor. Now I find concrete results in the marvelous health of kids whose doctors were his pupils!

In 1942 Leslie Owen Bailey, founder of the Natural Health Society of Australia, accepted guardianship of 85 children whose mothers were unable to care for them.

Among these 85 children, no vaccinations were ever given, no drugs were ever taken or used, and no operations were ever performed.

The only malady that occurred was when 34 of the children developed chickenpox. They were immediately put to bed and given only pure water or fresh fruit juice. They all recovered quickly without after-effects.

Investigations revealed that these children while at school had been swapping their healthy lunches for unhealthy conventional foods, so this outbreak was not altogether surprising.

Many of these children inherited poor health due to a history of illness and malnourishment in their mothers. Despite this situation, and the fact that they were never breastfed nor could enjoy the normal bonding of mother to child, they were able to grow into sturdy, self-reliant children.

New Zealand

Two studies done in New Zealand in 1992 and 1995 show that unvaccinated children clearly have fewer allergies, otitis (ear aches), tonsillitis, runny noses, epilepsy, and ADHD.

An interesting period in Japan was 1975-80, when a decision was made to begin the first vaccinations at two years of age instead of at two months. The reason was that more and more was discovered linking vaccines and cot-death (SIDS).

A study published in Pediatrics showed that from 1970 to 1975, there were 57 cases of serious vaccine reactions, including 37 deaths. From 1975 to 1981, there were eight cases of serious vaccine reactions, including three deaths.

Unfortunately for kids and their parents, the Japanese vaccination plan is now “normalized” again. The aforementioned study shows that the immune system is stronger at two years than at two months. How well would these kids have done had they not been vaccinated at all?

We find the same situation in a study published in Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology. Of 11,531 children studied at age seven, here are the results: vaccinated at two months, 13.8% are asthmatic; vaccinated between two and four months, 10.3%; and vaccinated after four months, 5.9%.

Again, how well would these kids have done had they not been vaccinated at all?

The Lesson Learned on Vaccination

As a concerned, compassionate and considerate pediatrician, I can only arrive at one conclusion:

Unvaccinated children have by far the best chance of enjoying marvelous health.

Any vaccination at all works to cripple the chances of this happening.

Did You Know ... that, in the words of Ethan A. Huff writing for, “according to a recent Guardian article, the new U.K. government is now calling more on individuals, rather than the state, to start taking responsibility for health and wellness”? Apparently, the “report explains that the previous government in the U.K. took a very state-centered approach to improving public health, but the new one is focusing on a more individual approach. In fact, Andrew Lansley, the new U.K. health secretary, recently lectured citizens about the need for more personal responsibility in making better food and lifestyle choices.”

3. Breakdown & Breakthrough: Reflections on Healing & Transformation

Sol Luckman

[The following article is adapted from the author
s newest book, Potentiate Your DNA: A Practical Guide to Healing & Transformation with the Regenetics Method.]

The Role of Initiation

In stating that my fake veneer of wellbeing needed to be broken through for genuine healing to take place in my life, I mean that as literally as you possibly can imagine.

Initially, however, my nightmarish experience of emotional trauma and genetic collapse that initiated—and initiated me—in 1995 resembled anything but a teaching tool, guided by my Higher Self, designed to wake me up from what Ken Carey calls the “spell of matter” to a knowledge of my authentic nature as a bio-spiritual being with a divine purpose.

Since that time, through working with so many clients with a similar sense of desperation, and watching so many better their lives beyond anything recognizable from the perspective of their starting point, I have been blessed repeatedly to witness a profound truth in action:

Breakdown is often a precondition for breakthrough.

In Chinese, in fact, the same word for “crisis,” wei-chi, also can be understood to mean “dangerous opportunity.”

That breakthrough often requires breakdown does not mean, necessarily, that something of a physical nature (such as illness) must occur as we wake up to the fact that, to paraphrase Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, we are not human beings on a spiritual journey, but spiritual beings on a human journey.

Just as there are many types of people, there are many varieties of wake-up calls to our greater life in spirit.

The growing literature on this subject, exemplified in the writings of Carl Jung and often told from a first-person perspective, reveals an astonishing creative methodology on the part of the Higher Self when endeavoring to remind us of our authentic nature and purpose—the “why we came here in the first place” aspect of our existence.

For some the initiatory fires come in the form of financial distress. For others initiation involves divorce or loss of a loved one. Still others experience mental illness, emotional wounding or spiritual crisis as spurs to conscious evolution.

But lest the reader think that only tragedy can foster spiritual development, let me be clear that, for many, “breakdown” takes the far more benign (if for that reason, more ambiguous) form of an inner knowing that something is missing … that life must be more … that there has to be a reason why we are here.

At the risk of sounding like a party pooper to those who might be influenced by certain proponents of the Law of Attraction who at times appear to offer quick fixes with less than pure motivations, it must be stated that manifestation of a higher spiritual and material reality is usually neither easy nor immediately forthcoming when we embark on our initiatory path.

There are also numerous energetic modalities that make similar promises of instantaneous healing. While this may be theoretically possible, and even appropriate for some, many of my clients have “been there, done that,” with less than satisfying results.

The real Secret so many people do not arrive at their destination by steering down such supposedly straightforward avenues is that the intention of their Higher Self is not to experience a “miracle healing” in the blink of an eye, without explanation and engendering little understanding.

Instead, the intention is to utilize initiation as a catalyst for an inward journey that teaches love—for self and others—and imparts compassion and wisdom as prerequisites for healing and transformation.

The foregoing sentence contains the essence of what I call conscious personal mastery.

If true healing were otherwise, if healing were simply a synonym for curing, alleviating symptoms, and had nothing to do with increasing consciousness, you would not be reading this excerpt because it would not have been written.

But healing, as I define it based on experience and observation, is much more than curing.

When engaged consciously, healing often pushes us through the fires of initiation so that we might be transformed and become purer vessels for spirit to flow through in service.

While we are on this subject, there is absolutely no guarantee that our desired manifestation of healing and transformation will occur, in this lifetime anyway, as despite embracing the initiatory experience in good faith, some people simply do not survive it.

There are also some individuals who achieve transformation without visible healing, as my mother did during her own inspiring experience of conscious dying. During the last month of her life, many of those who knew her best felt that everything about her transformed—with the exception of her body.

Faced with such unpleasant—and certainly, inconvenient—truths, we would do well to ask ourselves:

If there is any validity to the notion that life is a classroom where our core curriculum centers on learning the lessons of love (for ourselves as well as others), how could such conscious personal mastery be fostered if we never really had to study because our teacher always assured us of a passing grade in our tests?

This analogy encapsulates our student-teacher relationship with our Higher Self, including the “tough love” and “kicks to the backside” we often receive as spurs to our spiritual evolution.

Fortunately, many people, myself included, “live to tell about it,” having passed their initiatory tests and—despite a variety of challenges—graduated into personal realities that are much more in alignment with their soul
s purpose.

Recognizing Everyday Miracles

In criticizing the lure of instant gratification of many contemporary spirituality and healing philosophies, I am far from suggesting that miracles do not happen. They most certainly do, all the time.

Many children, thanks to living so much in their imagination, understand that everyday miracles are the norm.

The problem is that as we grow older, we can become so caught up in our personal—and sometimes collective—dramas that we fail to recognize miracles when they occur.

This phenomenon, which my partner Leigh and I observe on a regular basis with clients, can be rather humorous.

While a majority of our clients have felt and often taken time to express gratitude for the many breakthroughs Regenetics has helped them achieve, and a small minority have perceived little benefit, with a third group we tend to dialogue to this effect:

Client: “I had my Potentiation six months ago, and I just don’t know if it’s working.”

Us:  “That’s understandable. Sometimes the effects can be subtle. How’s your insomnia that you mentioned in a previous email?”

Client: “Well, it’s a lot better, come to think of it.”

Us: “Great. How are you getting along with your husband these days? We recall things weren’t going too smoothly when you first started this process.”

Client: “You know, we went through a rocky period just after my session. But things are much better now. Thanks for asking.”

Us: “Fantastic. You’re welcome. How are those terrible allergies to wheat and dairy these days?”

Client: “You know, they were pretty bad for a while. But now they’re gone. I’m eating whatever I like. Do you think maybe this has something to do with Potentiation?”

Breakdown and breakthrough. The better we understand this dynamic, and the more we engage our personal evolution consciously, the faster manifestation of our potential can occur.

As we embark on our evolutionary journey, which is bound to have its ups and downs, it is vital that we grasp the cyclical aspect of true healing.

I like to call healing wholing. And I regularly remind people that this process typically has a way of ushering us through darkness on our way to the light.

From a spiritual viewpoint, this journey can be envisioned as one from stagnation to transformation.

And it always helps to keep our eyes peeled for signs that we are on the right path—whether these manifest as a seemingly insignificant serendipity or an unmistakable miracle.
