Breaking News: The Frequency Increase of the 9th Wave of the Mayan Calendar Has Thrown the World into the Chaos from which the New World Will Be Born
On March 9th, 2011 the ninth and highest wave of the Mayan calendar system was activated. This was the beginning of the final countdown to the date of completion of the Mayan calendar: October 28, 2011.
This new wave, made up of thirteen … periods of 18 days, meant a twenty times increase in frequency compared to the 8th wave of the Galactic Underworld that had been activated in January of 1999.
This frequency increase has become evident to everyone as an extraordinary amount of significant and dramatic events compressed into a very short period of time.
The Ninth wave immediately manifested in the earthquake in Japan and its first day included not only the aftershocks of this quake and the ensuing nuclear crisis, but a new war in Libya against the background of revolutionary processes going on in twelve different Arabic nations.
Previously, any one of these events would have soaked up all the attention of the international community, but as they are now all happening simultaneously our attention is split between several equally dramatic developments. Thus, the cover of Newsweek magazine exclaims Apocalypse Now.

I believe the Ninth wave of the Mayan calendar is the time of the Great Purification as has been talked about for instance in the Hopi Prophecy.

1. Three Simple Strategies for Riding the Waves through 2012
“Take two of these little pills and call me in the morning.”
Ah, those were simpler days, when all our troubles seemed resolvable by a magic bullet. No longer.
Today, through forces seemingly beyond our control, we’re pressed to dig deep for the answers to a suddenly kaleidoscopic array of strange and bewildering dilemmas.
Economic stability, or lack thereof. World peace, or what’s left of it. Peace of mind, but only when heavily sedated. Physical wellbeing, challenged by waves of cosmic energy ripping through us with awesomely accelerating intensity.
Why is it that everyone and everything, including ourselves, all of a sudden seems to be splitting apart at the seams?
For many who study cosmic cycles, it’s patently obvious that the end times are upon us—and that our planet is undergoing some heavy changes centering on the year 2012 that have been prophesied in scriptures and wisdom traditions the world over.
The Hopi nation just released a short official video about this truly wild period of history.
These times, say the Hopi elders, involve a “return to connecting our heart with the heart of the path to the future.”
Stated otherwise, the message is that we must regain an inner balance with all of nature, starting with ourselves.
We must travel from the inner to the outer when balancing ourselves and the world—a dual process that must occur in that order.
In other words, to heal and transform the world, we must first be willing to heal and transform ourselves.
This subject is near and dear to my heart, after I wrote about it extensively in my latest book, Potentiate Your DNA.
If we start by healing and transforming ourselves, we can survive, and even thrive, through the 2011-13 window of personal and planetary transfiguration.
The end times that are upon us, then, simultaneously constitute a beginning—one holding the possibility of a genuine rebirth for Mother Earth and all her children.
According to Vedic texts, in fact, we’ve reached the very nadir of planetary darkness, known as the Kali Yuga, and there’s literally nowhere to go but back into the light.
In other words, cosmically speaking, things simply have to start looking up, sooner rather than later.
In past articles, I’ve addressed the “ener-genetic” nature of the radical Shift in Human Consciousness now well underway.
But one thing I’ve yet to discuss is strategies for participating as co-creators by riding on top of the tremendous waves of galactic energy sweeping our world—instead of being swept under by them.
Below, I outline three simple strategies you can adopt in your own way to integrate the powerful, potentially life-changing energies of this time period.
Strategy 1: Stay in the Moment
The intuitively sourced masterpiece known as The Law of One makes it abundantly clear that in the Moment, in the here and now, is where we find love—not in some abstract yesterday or tomorrow.
Readers of Eckhart Tolle’s more mainstream The Power of Now have been exposed to a similar line of self-empowering thinking.
But for those new to this concept, or in need of a refresher, the energy of love—rather, the actual experience of loving energy—is so potent that, by itself, it can heal and transform the body, mind, and spirit.
Moreover, and especially important these days, love can, and does, protect us from that which weakens the body, mind, and spirit: fear.
As to what may or may not happen tomorrow, we have little control over that.
Best to “let go and let God” and focus on enhancing our lives (as well as those around us) with the most powerful energy available.
Strategy 2: Be More, Do Less
In a wonderful article devoted to the recent transition to the culminating Ninth Wave of the Mayan Calendar, Denise Lefay emphasizes that for many people (especially those of us who consider ourselves lightworkers), the time of always having to do is ending and the time of being is beginning.
“Now that many of us have completed the horrendously difficult Eighth Wave phase of transmuting, integrating and paving the way out of total darkness for all interested parties, we’ve got to learn how to consciously create from within ourselves … and BE what we’ve worked so long and hard to accomplish,” writes Lefay.
“Now we’ve got to adapt to increasing Source energies beginning to flow through us, our bodies and brains like it never has before while in physical bodies. Now we’re learning to DO by BEING; to understand by knowing on our own internally and not externally through other beings, guides, channels or sources.”
The point here, as I understand it, is not to do nothing. Rather, the point is to be entirely present when doing anything—and to only do things that merit our being entirely present.
As much as anything else, being more and doing less can help us stay in the Moment where love is.
And love can do all the rest.
Strategy 3: Turn on, Tune in, Drop out
Never before has counter-cultural icon Timothy Leary’s famous advice to seek the truth within, by whatever means necessary, been more apropos.
But here, allow me to clarify my interpretation of Leary’s words as they apply to these confounding times.
By “turn on,” I mean put yourself in a receptive mode to receive intuitive guidance about your life choices from your Higher Self.
Your Higher Self is like a Hall of Fame coach who can take you to the promised land if you can simply let go of your ego long enough to listen.
By “tune in,” I mean actively open to this guidance—through prayer, meditation, creativity, exercise, or simply being.
Above all, you must have the intention to tune in to the wisdom of your Higher Self.
And by “drop out,” I mean cut out whatever might be creating static—whether that’s TV, texting, Internet news, or “fear porn”—in your connection with your Higher Self.
Once we connect with our Higher Self, much becomes clear and much progress in our healing and transformation can be made as we implement our inner guidance.

2. The Birth of World Religion from the Divine Proportion
To begin, there are three celestial deity lineages based on the astronomical relationship between the Sun, Venus and Moon.
The Sun lineage, represented by Indra, Dumuzi, Tammuz, Dionysus, Bacchus (the “Green Man”) and Jesus, are all gods of wine, intoxication and the garden.
The Venus lineage, represented by Vena/Shukra, Inanna, Ishtar, Astarte, Asherah, Aphrodite, Venus and Mary/Meriam, are all goddesses of fertility.
Another feminine lineage having to do with the Moon and death is represented by Kali, Ereshkigal, Persephone/ Kore, Proserpina and Mary Magdaline of Magdala (or Indian Magadha empire).
The two feminine lineages were typically taken together as lightness-darkness or fertility-death, combined in Italy as the two Biblical Marys, while the male lineage was taken as a father-son or god-man duality.
All three lineages are described and illustrated together over a mountain described in Sumerian tablets and the Hindu Vedas at least as early as 3000 BC.
This mountain is named Mount Sumeru or Meru and is described as a supernal bridge or ladder extending from deep under the Earth's oceans up into space, with the summit representing a heaven filled with gold.
It was within this structure that the pantheon of all the other gods lived and danced. Along its central axis, the Axis Mundi, lived serpent deities called “asuras,” ruled over by Venus or “Asherah.”
As the celestial archetype for the Rod of Asclepius, Staff of Moses, Staff of Hermes and medical Caduceus, the serpents spiraling around the axis of Meru symbolized the natural Fibonacci spiral converging around a pyramid or Egyptian triangle to the golden ratio.
This is described by Pingala perhaps as far back as 450 BC. The Fibonacci series can be represented thus: f(n) = f(n-1) + f(n-2) = 1 1 2 3 5 8 13 21 34 55 89 144 ...
Below, we see the Fibonacci converging (or ascending) to the golden ratio, golden mean or “divine proportion“ represented by the Greek letter Phi or Φ.
This theoretical mountain became the gold-paved heaven prototype atop all sacred mountains, such as Mount Olympus, Mount Sinai and Mount Moriah/Zion. It was also the universal template for temple building used around the world.
Common to the Meru temple model is the number five. Babylonian ziggurats were built in five levels after depictions of this five-level mountain on an Uruk tablet, circa 3000 BC.
Hindu funeral pyres are built similarly in five levels, as is the King’s Chamber in the Great Pyramid of Egypt. Depictions of Mount Meru in the Jain Agamas parallel diagrams in Babylonia, also showing five levels.
The importance of five can be explained by the golden ratio Phi being derived from five in the Fibonacci series, or more compactly as Φ = (sqrt(5) + 1) / 2.
Thus, we find the golden ratio at the heart of ancient religion. But, this is not simply due to a sequencing property of numbers. The planet Venus actually approximates the golden ratio over an eight-year period by retrograding and facing the Earth exactly five times to form a pentacle in the night sky.
This is due to the fact that Venus orbits the sun thirteen times for every eight orbits of the Earth, creating the Fibonacci ratio 13:8 = 1.625, which is very close to the golden ratio Φ.
This eight-year Venusian cycle was symbolized in ancient Sumer as an eight-pointed star. This same idea was portrayed in Egyptian hieroglyphs as a five-pointed star or pentacle, where it meant “rising upwards toward the point of origin” and formed part of words such as “to bring up,” “to educate,” and “the teacher.”
Thus, the Venus pentacle was a symbol of enlightenment and knowledge in ancient times, translated into Latin as “Lucifer,” the light bringer. As a symbol of the sacred feminine and the golden ratio (found in every intersection of a pentagram,) this was the prime knowledge of nature at the heart of all pre-Christian religions.
Unfortunately, it was considered pagan and thus suppressed by the Church and forbidden in the Christian Bible (e.g., the Tree of Knowledge and Apple of Knowledge).
To suppress knowledge of a divine constant at work in nature, the Church had to also suppress the feminine fertility aspect of God as represented by Venus.
In its place, the Jesus deity became a kind of super Green Man—a new kind of solar deity powerful enough to inherit both male and female attributes.
While the lineage of male deities follows the celestial pattern of the Sun’s death (beneath the Crux constellation on the Winter solstice, then resurrected three days later on December 25th under the constellation of The Three Kings), this birth-rebirth concept actually seems to have been first introduced through the Sumerian Venus deity Inanna.
According to the Oxford Dictionary of World Mythology, “Fascinating is the account of Inanna’s descent into ‘the land without return,’ kur-nu-gi-a, a dry, dusty place, situated below the sweet waters of the earth. She decided to visit this dark realm, which belonged to her enemy and sister goddess, Ereshkigal, ‘the mistress of death,’ and assert her own authority there. Having adorned herself with all her finery and left behind Ninshubur, her Vizier, with orders to rescue her should she not return, Inanna descended to kur-nu-gi-a.”
The story continues, “At each of its seven portals she was obliged to take off a garment or ornament, until at last she appeared naked before Ereshkigal and the seven judges of the dead. ‘At their cruel command, the defenseless goddess was turned into a corpse, which was hung on a stake.’ After three days and nights had passed ... they obtained access to Inanna’s corpse and resurrected it with the ‘food of life’ and the ‘water of life.’”
For those who might still doubt the ancients could have discovered the divine proportion in the orbital pattern of Venus and founded their religions on it, consider that Omen texts from the First Babylonian Dynasty (1900-1660 BC) confirm that the old Mesopotamian sky watchers understood that Venus as the morning star and the evening star were the same thing.
By the Seleucid period (301-164 BC), we have a number of texts in which the eight-year period was used to predict the appearances of Venus.
These texts are clay tablets that list astronomical data for a given year and also for years specified by adding an appropriate number to the starting year. For Venus, the number to be added is eight. Accordingly, the pattern in the table for Venus will work for every eighth year from the year for which the table is prepared.
One text from the Neo-Babylonian period (626-539 BC), referring to Venus as Dilbat, records, “Dilbat eight years behind thee come back ... four days thou shall subtract.”
Here, the Mesopotamian planet watcher is instructed to subtract four days to get the right date for Venus. Another much older text called the Tablets of Ammizaduga, inscribed around 1700-1600 BC, provides twenty-one years of Venus data, including dates of first and last appearances as a morning star and as an evening star along with durations of invisibility.
This text states: “If on the 25th of Tammuz Venus disappeared in the west, for seven days remaining absent in the sky, and on the 2nd of Ab Venus was seen in the east, there will be rains in the land; desolation will be wrought. (year 8) [sic]”
Despite scribal errors, the texts clearly exhibit the eight-year Venus cycle and indicate that Mesopotamians in the middle of the second millennium BC were aware of it.
And, having tracked the path of Venus so meticulously, they would have certainly observed the five retrograde pauses and connected the dots, so to speak, to form the pentacle and discover the divine proportion in its intersections.
Comparing this to the sacred Mayan Tzolkin calendar, based on the 260-day Venus cycle, we find the same 13:8=1.625 proportion discovered by the Babylonians:
260-day Tzolkin cycle x 5 Venus retrogrades = 1300 days
1300 days/8-year Venus cycle = 162.5 days
Whether discovered separately or shared through ancient trans-Atlantic voyages, the pentagonal orbit of Venus and the golden mean hidden within it was the founding principle in all of world religions.
Reflected in the geometries of flowers, seed patterns in fruit and human anatomy, the pentacle was proof of a divine order in Nature.
No advanced mathematics is needed—just careful observation and a little simple arithmetic was enough to reveal God to our ancestors.
While few today are in the least bit aware of it, the celestial harmony between the Sun, Venus and Earth-Moon system is the first and true religion. Everything else is a mythical veneer.

3. Conscious DNA: Mind over Matter’s Missing Link

As we scramble to know more about our DNA, do we ever stop to realize the perfection of the master design of the DNA within us?
It’s not a miracle. According to Andrew Weil, M.D., author of the bestseller Spontaneous Healing, our DNA is a self-perpetuating healing machine with all the bells and whistles to keep the body healthy.
It’s a continuous process of expansion, rejuvenation, and protection. If I may be so bold to say: it’s a Godlike quality which we all have inside us.
While mind over matter remains a mystery to most, seventy-six percent of Americans believe in the power of prayer. Even Hollywood capitalized on the anticipation of the new millennium with all its hype about the battles of good and evil.
The scientific community has devoted much attention to the mechanics of DNA. What do all these elements have in common? Is it hope that things will get better? Or can it be that our faith in the unseen will provide us with answers that satisfy our thirst for knowing our destiny?
So what are the fundamental truths substantiating mind over matter? What really happens when we pray, talk to angels, and spend billions of dollars to find how to clone DNA and reshape our genetic structure? It’s time for some answers; it’s time to know.
Let us begin by taking the position that consciousness in motion is INTENT. This places intent at the forefront of resolving some of these dilemmas.
Recently, five astrophysicists from several prestigious universities agreed that we are on the brink of scientifically proving that consciousness causes or creates matter. This supports mathematical findings in the subtle energy field research of quantum physics.
The “Hundredth Monkey” story proved that some kind of “influence” plays a major role in how things change. Biologist Rupert Sheldrake called this “formative causation.”
The characteristics of forms and behaviors shape the physical, chemical and biological systems that determine invisible organizing fields, which Sheldrake called “morphogenetic fields.” These are the invisible fields of consciousness in motion—i.e., INTENT changing our realities.
I trust that universal communication is predicated on INTENT. And from a human and spiritual level, the purer the intention, from deep within the heart, the more precise its manifestation. With this in mind, let’s discuss the unseen DNA that is poking at us straight in the eye.
Did you know that there are over ten trillion cells in our body, and keeping them in perfect health and harmony is the job of our DNA? Perfection in every cell of our body is what we strive for and can attain.
We seek answers from books whose authors are inspired and claim authority on the topic. We seek advice from doctors and healers of all disciplines. We want to know what’s going on inside our bodies and why.
Americans spend trillions of dollars per year on health care and related services. But now here comes the real paradox. Why we seek so much and do not listen to what our bodies are saying is a fascinating hypocrisy.
We all possess perfection, but do not know it. It’s about time we took a closer look at our own resources within, be accountable for our own health, save a few billion dollars, and become healthier and more peaceful individuals.
Do we take advantage of our intuition and understand our instincts? Are we ready to open our hearts and be guided by our impulses? Intuition, instincts and heart-driven impulses contain answers to our life’s concerns and issues.
We already possess the answers to most of the personal questions we ask others about. But we must listen to ourselves more carefully, more attentively.
For the most part, our bodies have answers to life’s problems. It’s up to us to rely on and trust what is brought forth intuitively, or through impulses.
Even if we heard or felt something from inside, can we understand the message? The answer is simply YES. It takes some discipline. You will experience change in how you think and feel forever.
Here are ten simple techniques you can do to become more sensitive to hearing your inner voice and sensing messages from within.
1. First and foremost, learn to get your brain waves in theta frequency (4-7 cycles per second). A deep but brief meditation or visualization with good imagery can do this quickly.
2. Stay grounded. Always bring your body with you when you meditate. Don’t fly off somewhere! Your body belongs to the Earth and works wonders knowing it’s home.
3. Understand that your DNA is completely replicated in every cell of your body. This is called your genome. Recognize that each genome has intelligence and serves your highest good.
4. Talk directly to your cells and their DNA. Realize that cells communicate. Collectively, they can send you messages. Be nice to them. Tell them that you love them. Establish a rapport with them as well.
5. RESPECT your body and every cell in it. Always treat your cells with kindness, trust, and honor.
6. Treat your body as a friend, an equal. Give it the freedom to express itself. Ask it questions. Listen to it. Tell your body it is sacred. Recognize that it contains the divine blueprint of life. Touch it and feel your body.
7. Empower your body to talk directly to Spirit and permit it to override your mental body, if that serves your highest good.
8. Give your body lots of love and feed it good nutrition. It will tell you what it needs.
9. Let it PLAY, run around, exercise, and most importantly, LAUGH.
10. Finally, in your mind and heart, create a new triad of intelligence—one that includes God Consciousness, your DNA Consciousness, and your consciousness. This new trinity of consciousness will become your new power source.
These techniques empower your body, at the cellular level, to communicate with you. Since subtle energy works with intuition, instincts and heart-driven impulses, you will discern life issues more clearly.
As you become more open and listen, you will begin to trust yourself and your feelings until you build a high state of confidence in yourself and the things you do.
Using these techniques permits your body to become a partner in your decision-making process. It enables the body consciousness to fully express itself physically, emotionally, intellectually, and spiritually.
In essence, by activating your DNA, you have initiated a higher level of consciousness to live by: a new standard of life. You will receive information or thoughts with a higher degree of accuracy.
The key is to listen and trust. You will begin to focus on health issues, relationship issues, your role and purpose in life, and on events which foster happiness and peace of mind.
You will speak more clearly, confront life situations more confidently, and desire to resolve matters more directly.
As each of us moves toward our own enlightenment, we discipline ourselves accordingly day-by-day to assure that we are fully human and fully alive.
We become less tolerant of trivia and the past, and more focused on living each moment in the NOW.
As our physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual faculties become more balanced, our awareness of mind over matter becomes clearer.
We will no longer wait for others to do our deeds; we are empowered to do them ourselves.
We will soon realize that because of conscious DNA, every aspect of our being can be expressed.
The real miracle lies within. It is trust. It is divine. It is ours.
