BREAKING NEWS: TWELVE RECENT BLOWS TO THE EVIL VACCINE EMPIRE
For those readers unfamiliar with my story, over a decade ago my health was completely wrecked by vaccines I received before traveling to South America.
I detail my “Dark Night of the Soul” of autoimmune illness, and subsequent recovery thanks to the Regenetics Method of DNA activation, in my books Conscious Healing and Potentiate Your DNA.
Below are a dozen links that show how the tide is beginning to turn against the vaccine industry and vaccine pushers.
Many of these news stories provide damning evidence proving that vaccines are at best ineffective, at worst a complete fraud. Please inform yourself and distribute this information widely.
Thanks—and to your potential!
Phoenix Center for Regenetics
1. BILL GATES & WHO TEAM UP TO COUNTER NEGATIVE VACCINE STIGMA WITH ... PUBLIC SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM!
It's encouraging for anti-vaccine advocates when international funding agencies start to invest in surveillance projects focused on monitoring public concerns around vaccines. It means they’re scared and they should be. The world is sharply dividing on the issue and it appears those on the fence are rapidly joining one side—and it’s not the side the vaccinators would have hoped for.
2. THE TRUTH ABOUT PET VACCINES YOU WON’T HEAR FROM YOUR VET. More and more evidence is coming to light these days showing that vaccines are a scientific fraud and that they’re little more than a huge money-making scam because they have proven to be neither safe nor effective.
3. JOHNS HOPKINS SCIENTIST BLASTS CDC FOR PUSHING FLU SHOT. Federal health authorities vastly overstate the benefits of the flu shot and, for most healthy people, vaccination is unnecessary at best and potentially risky at worst, says a Johns Hopkins scientist.
4. VACCINES HAVE HAD NO HISTORICAL HEALTH BENEFIT OR IMPACT ON DISEASE PREVENTION. A new study of the role of vaccination in the natural course of infectious disease in Switzerland and Germany supports data from other regions that vaccines had no impact on disease prevention efforts from the early-mid to late 20th century. The data contradicts widespread misinformation campaigns by mainstream medicine which claim that vaccination led to immunization and a subsequent decline in infectious disease.
5. MAINSTREAM VACCINATION SUPPORT: ANOTHER BOGUS CHAPTER IN A BOGUS STORY. Despite a mounting and impressive body of evidence of the dangers and harm associated with vaccinations coming from both within and outside the mainstream medical community, much of mainstream medicine and the agencies that serve it continue to maintain that vaccinations are not only safe, but that we face grave dangers if we don’t vaccinate ourselves, our children and our elderly—and do so often.
6. YOU KNEW IT WAS COMING: VACCINE FOR AUTISM. A first-ever vaccine for autism is here. The medical propaganda matrix has come full circle with its patented problem-reaction-solution. While there is no study that directly shows vaccines cause autism, there have been hundreds of others with correlations. Even if scientists are dismissive on the causation front, why do they continue to explore methods that are misinformed, misguided and ineffective?
7. ALUMINUM IN VACCINES LINKED TO ALZHEIMER’S. When examining the cornucopia of toxic chemicals that saturate the environment in which all human life exists, aluminum has become the weapon of choice for the current population reduction program being facilitated by so-called immunizations. Aluminum, listed by the Environmental Protectation Agency (EPA) as a developmental neurotoxin, is used as an adjuvant in vaccinations in order to enhance the effects of the already toxic concoction.
8. GOVERNMENT DOCUMENTS: VACCINES & THEIR SCHEDULE A COMPLETE HOAX. A recent investigative report compiled by Dr. Lucija Tomljenovic, Ph.D., reveals more than thirty years of hidden government documents exposing these vaccine schedules as a complete hoax, not to mention highlighting the fraud of vaccines themselves to provide any real protection against disease.
9. THE DANGERS OF VACCINES. Many people are of the opinion that vaccinations are one of modern medicine’s greatest achievements, preventing suffering and saving lives. But did you know that no reliable safety study has ever been performed on any vaccine and evidence suggests that they are both ineffective and harmful?
10. FLU VACCINE DRAMATICALLY INCREASES RISK OF NARCOLEPSY. Speculation that an emergency vaccine widely administered for H1N1 (swine flu) may have caused a sharp uptick in cases of narcolepsy has been confirmed by a new study. As reported in the British Medical Journal (BMJ), individuals given the Pandemrix vaccine for influenza during the 2009/10 swine flu pandemic had a 1,400 percent increased risk of developing the neurological disorder compared to those not vaccinated.
11. VACCINE VICTORY: WIDESPREAD RESISTANCE FROM PARENTS TO HPV JAB FOR DAUGHTERS SHOWS TRUTH IS SPREADING. Parents with young daughters are increasingly wising up to the human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine scam, according to a new study published in the journal Pediatrics. Based on the latest figures, more than 16 percent of parents in 2010 rejected popular HPV vaccines like Gardasil and Cervarix for their daughters, citing major safety concerns, compared to just 4.5 percent of parents in 2008.
12. DOUBLESPEAK: VACCINESE. A recent German study stated a conclusion absolving vaccinations of causing harm to children. But their conclusion doesn’t match their results! Worse is that close inspection shows the study was utterly inadequate. That it actually showed vaccinated children to have more infectious diseases than unvaccinated children is rather humorous—in a sick, depressing sort of way.

1. Art, DNA, Healing & Transformation
That winter in the high desert, as snow blanketed the Sangre de Cristo Mountains and I spent more and more time indoors and inwardly focused, an important preparatory stage in my bio-spiritual rebirth commenced.
One day, for the first time ever in my career as a fiction writer, a character who seemed every bit as real as I was introduced himself to me.
While this should make perfect sense to fellow writers and artists, the phenomenon of meeting a fully developed character in the imagination in much the same way you might encounter an interesting character at a bar may strike some readers as strange.
Perhaps by recalling some of the unforgettable figures who have appeared in your dreams, you can understand how this might occur in waking life.
His name was Luke Soloman. He was about six feet tall and Hollywood handsome but for a slightly overlarge nose, with sandy blond hair and mischievous eyes that seemed to alternate between shades of green and blue.
He wore a red T-shirt, faded jeans and tennis shoes, and carried a buffalo leather duffel bag slung nonchalantly over one shoulder. His first act, even before introducing himself, after walking into the room where I sat at my computer desk gazing out at the snow, was to ask, “Got a smoke?”
I did not have a smoke because I did not—could not, given my chronic fatigue (CFS) and multiple chemical sensitivities (MCS)—smoke. The question, which seemed insensitive, annoyed me. In fact, he annoyed me.
Here I was trying to overcome a vaccine-induced, life-threatening autoimmune illness, for God’s sake, and into my allergen-free sanctuary walks this brash, sarcastic character wanting to light up.
But more than that—the guy wants me to write down, word for word, the story of his imaginary life!
“What are you waiting for?” he asked, plopping down on the beanbag in the corner. “Start typing. This is important.”
Maybe it was because my life ever since moving to the high desert already bordered on surrealism, or maybe I was bored, but I started taking dictation from a character I had just met.
Thus began Beginner’s Luke in the only way it could have—illogically and improbably—with these two philosophically loaded paragraphs:
It all began with a mysterious fire in my belly, a burning desire to go everywhere, meet everyone, see and do everything. It began with a life-or-death decision to remove the Needle of False Security from my arm, turn away from the Medusa of Routine, part the Veil of Bogus Guarantees and pass on into that vital place where, regardless of the question, all you have to say is yes.
It began with the Wisdom of Foolishness, a commitment to remain fluid, receptive, in process, part of the Membrane of Things as I struck out on that spiritual Route 66, the Experience Trail, determined to follow it to the end. It began with yours truly spontaneously ceasing to be myself and becoming someone else, assuming in the blink of an “I” the role of a drifter, a rolling stone, a wayward mariner lone and visionary on the High Seas of Chance and Possibility.
Having shared this literary anecdote, allow me to clarify that I was not “channeling” anything other than a previously submerged aspect of my own consciousness.
This should be obvious from the playful similarity of the names Sol Luckman and Luke Soloman, who are indeed mirror images, twisting helices of my own complex psyche—simultaneously serious and ludicrous, respectful and irreverent, profound and absurd.
Channeling is an overused term and concept, particularly among new agers, for many of whom if a message is not “channeled” from Archangel This or Galactic That, it is not valid.
But the question must be asked, especially of those who espouse a cosmology (as do I) where everything is seen as ultimately One Being, a Creator seeking to experience itself through the illusion of multiplicity:
How is it possible to channel anything other than parts of ourselves?
To think and act otherwise is, at best, not to be in unity consciousness; and at worst, to adopt an irresponsible attitude that allows us to say anything we like while attributing it to the “higher authority” of some outside source.
But there is no outside. As award-winning musician and longtime student of A Course in Miracles Larry Seyer likes to say, “There is only one of us here.”
The healthiest attitude toward so-called channeled transmissions embraces the fact that, ultimately, we always are speaking to ourselves. Even our Higher Self can be understood as part of our so-called individual identity—and an integral one at that.
I’m far from implying that no interesting or useful information can come through channeling. To the contrary, much of the inspired and inspiring material in the Bible and other holy texts could be considered channeled.
In the case of Luke Soloman, his “transmissions,” which eventually ran to 1,100 pages and six volumes, constitute a major portion of Sol Luckman’s life’s work. This may not be immediately apparent to readers who interpret Luke’s imaginary Adventure as merely an absurd lark.
While it is that, most assuredly, Luke is also a profound teacher in the role consciousness (specifically, the imagination) plays in creating and re-creating our reality.
All joking aside, Luke’s message is that it is crucial that we learn to live consciously in our imagination—for only in this manner can we reinvent ourselves and our world.
In order to come to life in our imagination, and thereby awaken to our greater spiritual identity and purpose, Luke taught me in no uncertain terms that we must be willing to leave the old reality and its historical limitations behind.
In his own words, our awakening to the possibility of radical healing and transformation (individually and collectively) begins “with a life-or-death decision to remove the Needle of False Security from [our arms], turn away from the Medusa of Routine, part the Veil of Bogus Guarantees and pass on into that vital place where, regardless of the question, all [we] have to say is yes.”
Often willingly but sometimes grudgingly, over the next five years I listened more and more to what Luke had to tell me as I recorded his laugh-and-cry-out-loud narrative in a mode that usually felt, bizarrely enough, less like composition than transcription.
Thus well before developing and healing myself through the Regenetics Method, yet in a fictional manner that was preparatory to this powerful form of DNA activation, I immersed myself in the philosophy that I could begin a new life in and through consciousness—one where sickness was merely a memory and I was healthy enough to imagine and live my own inspiring Adventure. And lo and behold, I did.
Allowing my art to flow through me in as unadulterated a form as possible was facilitated greatly by what I call the Art of Allowing. Without some mastery of the latter, I would have been incapable of staying out of my own way long enough to let Luke utter his typically trenchant wit and wisdom.
And like the Art of Allowing, allowing my art, which despite my debilitated physical condition often sent me into spasms of giggling at the shocking sentences I found myself typing, provided its own palpable influx of healing energy.
By the following May, having accepted a teaching job at a boarding school, I said goodbye to the high desert now abloom with countless yellow and lavender asters and headed back East to get ready for the fall semester.
Amazingly, after a year of vision questing, practicing qigong and writing almost daily, my body was strong enough to take on a demanding position where I would do much more than just teach English.
I also would spend considerable time and energy guiding groups of students through the woods and mountains of Appalachia carrying a heavy backpack.
Deep down, however, I knew that my health remained problematic. In addition to residual fatigue and annoying symptoms such as headaches and muscle spasms, I still suffered from disturbing food allergies and chemical sensitivities.
While continuing my qigong regimen, I started seeing a therapist who used an electrodermal screening device to determine and treat allergies—to little effect. In addition, I began regular intravenous chelation to draw heavy metals out of my system—also money poorly spent.
The next year, my health relatively unchanged, I accepted another teaching position at an international school. Out of the blue, midway through the school year I developed back-to-back abscessed teeth that required antibiotics followed by root canals.
The shock to my already shaky system was swift and severe. Within a matter of weeks, my old problems with Candida were back with a vengeance, as was my debilitating fatigue.
At the same time, my allergies, which had been manageable, became so intense I could no longer season my meat and vegetables because of crippling reactions to simple spices.
My existential agony at having rolled back down to the bottom of the mountain like Sisyphus’s boulder was almost too much to bear. To have been so close to reaching the summit and taking flight, and now to be wallowing in my own ashes again, very nearly led me to despair.
Not even daily qigong could tip the scales at this stage when, more clearly than ever before, I came face to face with my own mortality.
Thankfully, my nightmarish relapse was short-lived and breakdown soon gave way to breakthrough. I managed to survive—literally—the remaining two months of the school year, at the end of which I resigned for medical reasons and returned home with little direction and less hope like a soldier wounded in battle.
And yet, it was at this exact juncture that I discovered the remarkable world of allergy clearing through Devi Nambudripad’s Allergy Elimination Technique.
NAET employs a form of muscle testing called kinesiology to determine and (in tandem with a type of acupressure) address various kinds of allergies that often are associated with chronic conditions.
For all its promise, NAET left something to be desired. Still, I noticed a slight improvement in my allergic responses that led me to try a similar therapy called BioSET, developed by one of Dr. Nambudripad’s students.
BioSET expanded on NAET by clearing not just for allergens, but simultaneously for underlying toxic factors such as heavy metals. While initially providing some additional symptom relief, BioSET also failed to undo the Gordian knot of my mysterious chronic illness.
Nevertheless, allergy elimination technique fostered the most substantial health improvements in me since learning qigong. Indeed, in terms of reducing (if not actually eliminating) my sensitivities, allergy elimination was even more effective than qigong.
I became so enthusiastic about the possibilities of allergy clearing that I hounded my BioSET practitioner to train me in her own variety of allergy elimination technique she was in the process of developing—after which I spent a year working with her.
Thus a powerful new period of apprenticeship in understanding and utilizing spiritual energy began for me—clearing the way for the Regenetics Method both energetically and through a series of life-changing insights into the true nature of healing and transformation.

2. Psychological Trigger: What’s behind the Official Rage against Leakers?
Technocrats, who are obsessed with designing the future for all of us, are Globalists in sheep’s clothing.
Their plans coincide with the intention to direct the world’s economic and political activity from a central-management locus.
“For the greatest good of the greatest number.”
However, there is a glitch. And it is permanent. It appears suddenly, here and there, and it’s the kind of variable that won’t surrender to any sort of programming.
It’s so odd, even the population at large doesn’t notice it.
It’s the “unpredictable function.”
Behavior and thought that fit no pattern.
To go even further, it’s not really a function at all, except from the point of view of the technocrats who are trying to map it.
It’s the result of imagination deployed in such a way that the user experiences “cracks” between items of consensus reality. These cracks are emotions, thoughts, and sensations that are new.
There is no way to assess what such experience might lead to.
No map of behavior or prediction about where it’s going will be accurate or complete.
All maps count on the fact that people keep thinking and feeling along the same paths.
Most people do stay in the same worn grooves. They have no idea they can leave these paths or venture down new ones.
But such people are not all people.
Down through history, artists have imagined their way into non-consensus realities. This is not a trivial circumstance. It is a case of asymmetrical “cause and effect”—which is to say, unknown cause.
Unanticipated social and political response to tyranny can develop from this asymmetry.
The response comes from the root of a person: his creative faculty.
We look back on technical innovations of the past and conclude they are smooth transitions and accretions that are only the result of step-by-step improvements in science. But this is wrong. There are always unexplained gaps that are crucial.
When Gutenberg looked at an old screw press that was used to produce wine and oil, and then realized that other technical processes could be joined to make a printing press for books, he was “in a gap.”
He was changing the world with that inexplicable insight.
Of course, from our vantage point, it’s easy to break down any innovation and place it in context, among a serial and unbroken accumulation of knowledge, but that is an illusion.
At the center, there is always a human innovator with his imagination. From his penetration between the stones of consensus reality, he brings back an idea. He brings back something new.
His insight is unrecorded, because there is nothing to record. There is only what he subsequently does with the insight. The rest is invisible.
The true account of our history, its major turning points, is rife with these leaps and gaps.
What technocrats of the modern age hope to do is translate the gaps into detectable processes, which can be described as brain activity at a micro level.
The technocrats are of a religious faith in their ability to achieve this result.
But each time they claim to make a breakthrough, they discover, much to their disappointment, that their goal recedes further into the distance. What they discover implies more ignorance, not less.
For every assertion that consciousness is basically a passive process occurring at the level of brain, more unexplained human behavior arises.
The mad prophet of technocracy, Ray Kurzweil, now the director of engineering at Google, is famous for comparing creative capacity to chess.
Pointing out that computers have defeated human chess champions, Kurzweil goes on to conclude that all human activity assumed to be creative will soon be found to be replicable by software programs and algorithms.
Everything we once ascribed to the creative faculty will surrender to computers that can do it better.
But Kurzweil and his colleagues are wrong.
The “unpredictable function” will remain.
Bringing all this down to the human response to tyranny, the implication is vivid. No one can predict how humans who are willing to deploy their imagination will innovate. No one can say how humans, self-propelled by imagination and courage and a riverboat gambler’s sense of adventure, will turn tyranny on its head.
Tyranny, at the core, is a mechanical organization of life. Imagination isn’t organization. It’s beyond that myth. It will always be beyond that myth.
Strange but true, the overwhelming numbers of humans on Earth are really in the camp of the technocrats. That is to say, they believe that everything ailing our civilization stems from a “bad program.” They believe that some kind of better program will save us all.
Which is exactly what the technocrats assert.
But the real answer to fascism is beyond programs. That is what people find so hard to swallow. They fear the absence of determinism. They want assured process and assured result.
They want pattern. They want symmetry.
However, at bottom, that is not what human life is. Life happens in the gaps, the leaps. In inexplicable creativity.
The creative act is not organized. It isn’t symmetrical or harmonious. It isn’t a mere mimicry of natural laws.
After the fact, many artists will explain their work by referring to nature. But that stems from the fact that these artists don’t understand what they are doing, or how it involves traveling beyond systems.
Imagination is as plain as the nose on your face, when that nose and that face are liberated from the matrix of pedestrian cause and effect.
The creative faculty is liberated.
That is ultimately why fascism and tyranny are ill-equipped to handle their asymmetrical nemesis.
Fascism is organization carried to an extreme. It can’t escape what it is. It tries to reduce and eradicate imaginative penetrations between the stolid pillars of consensus reality. It tries to plug the leaks.
But creative energy appears in unlikely places and with unexpected force.
Technocracy is an approach married to the premise that all human actions can be understood, patterned, placed in context, and mathematically described.
But the creative act deals with contexts as computers deal with data. It shifts them, breaks them apart, reformulates them. It goes even further. It discards them and invents new ones, as desired.
And it can operate without any context whatsoever.
That is the unspoken cardinal sin listed by the Great Church of the Information Age.
A great deal of the official rage against leakers of classified data stems from a basic frustration: the best systems in the world aren’t perfect.
This is the technocrat’s nightmare: “The system has holes. It’s incomplete. It can be picked apart. No matter how well we design it, someone wants to hack it.”
Of course someone does. Because someone doesn’t like air-tight life, which is no life at all.
Build a perfect labyrinth with hundreds of interlocking paths, and someone is going to come along with a lawnmower and cut a new path right out of the prison.

3. Transhumanism Debunked
In this article, I’m going to reveal how transhumanism is a dangerous, irrational death cult shrouded in the language of geeky cybernetics. The entire idea that you can “upload your mind to a computer” is complete junk science quackery.
In case you’re new to the term, “transhumanism” means uploading your mind to a machine, discarding your body, then achieving immortality by living forever through machines and robots.
Google's director of engineering, Ray Kurzweil, has been pushing this cult for many years, and just recently he promised that by 2045, humanity would achieve what he calls the “singularity,” where our minds can be uploaded to computers.
In less than a century, Kurzweil says, we could all discard our “fragile” human bodies and inhabit advanced robotic systems as our new immortal selves.
Kurzweil’s cult is so bizarre and dangerous that following it can only lead to a lunatrocity of mass death and deception. Kurzweil’s sci-fi cybernetic mind-meld theories are so outlandish they make Scientology’s galactic narratives sound like Christian Sunday school.
Where to even begin the debunking of it all? Let’s start with its claims ...
How Would Transhumanism Even Work?
Let’s examine the claims of the transhumanism cult leaders like Kurzweil. They claim that by 2045, all the following technologies will exist:
1) A way to “scan” your entire brain and record every neuron and holographic patterning that exists in your brain;
2) A way to build an equally complex computing system that has equivalent computational capabilities as your brain; and
3) A way to copy your brain scan into the computing system. This is called “uploading” your brain to the machine.
Once these three technologies exist, we are promised, we can all transfer our minds to computer systems and experience “digital immortality.”
But wait a second. Something’s already missing here. In this plan, there is no mechanism to transfer your consciousness to the machine.
So even if all three of these technologies are adequately developed (which is possible, by the way), they still don’t provide a way to merge your mind with a machine.
Just a Computer Simulation of Your Brain
All you’ve really done, even if all three technologies are developed and working by 2045, is made a copy of your brain. This copy may, indeed, be able to run on the machine, but it’s nothing more than a simulation of your brain. It is not you.
Similarly, if someone takes a photo of you and posts a print of the photo on the wall, they can say they’ve made you “immortal” through photography, but your mind is obviously not living inside the photograph.
If you’re a star in a motion picture, you may be “immortalized” by your fans who see you as “living forever” in your famous films, but your consciousness does not live inside the movie. The real “you” is still inhabiting your human body.
No matter how complex the depicted simulation, a “scan” of you that is replicated in another medium (a photo, movie, or highly advanced computer) is not you.
Thus, the promise of transhumanism is a fraudulent one, and “uploading” is the wrong metaphor. You aren’t uploading your consciousness to a machine; you're simply creating a non-conscious computer simulation of your brain.
And how do we know that’s true? To answer that question, we have to dig deeper ... into the definition of YOU.
What Are YOU?
I'll keep this short by beginning with the ending: You are not merely your body.
“You” are far more than your body. And the way we know this is because the instant you die, your body is still the same it was, but the “you” is no longer present.
“You” are actually a non-physical consciousness interfaced with a physical brain. “You” are a non-physical consciousness sometimes called a soul or spirit. This consciousness experiences the world through your sensory organs.
This discussion of consciousness is the part that drives the transhumanists bonkers because to be a member of their cult, you have to believe that there is no such thing as consciousness ... or a soul ... or free will.
You have to believe that consciousness is an artifact of the brain itself—a kind of “ghost in the machine,” if you will, that somehow gives rise to the self-delusion of awareness.
This means you have to believe free will is an illusion and that if you copy the brain and paste it somewhere else, then somehow magically that other thing becomes “you.”
But this makes no sense. There is no mechanism for the transfer of the focal point of consciousness.
If you copy and paste (i.e., “upload”) your brain to another machine, but your human body is still alive and breathing, then you haven’t “uploaded” your consciousness anywhere. You have only made a complex facsimile of your neurology.
Such is the great gap in the theory of transhumanism: there is no mechanism to transfer your consciousness (your soul) from your body to the machine.
How do you “transplant” your soul? The transhumanists have no answer for that. They simply pretend your soul doesn’t exist and therefore need not be considered at all.
There is nothing in their plan to transplant your soul. So what’s actually going to happen to all these transhumanism cult members is that people like Ray Kurzweil will just DIE, and if they did manage to copy their brain to a machine, that machine will simply run as a simulation, carrying on the computational appearance of Ray Kurzweil, but doing so mindlessly, with no soul or consciousness.
What do you call fifty transhumanists who have uploaded their brains to machines and then killed off their physical bodies? A busy day at the morgue.
Transhumanism Is a Death Cult
Ultimately, transhumanism is a death cult much like the infamous Heaven’s Gate cult led by Marshal Applewhite, who promised his followers that their minds would merge with space aliens who were hiding in a mothership piggybacked on the Hale-Bopp comet.
Just like Kurzweil, Applewhite promised immortality and said that disconnecting from your body (via suicide, of course) was the path to enlightenment.
Believe it or not, Applewhite said that he was actually an alien spirit who hijacked a human body, taking it over for his own delusional purposes. (He never explains what he did with the previous soul that once occupied the body.)
Mirroring all this kookiness, Kurzweil promises that you will live forever if you discard your body and merge your brain with machines that have yet to be invented.
At some point, just like with Heaven’s Gate, you will need to “kill” your physical body in order to complete the “upload” to Kurzweil's cybernetic computers.
There’s probably some Kool-Aid involved in all this, no doubt.
Both Applewhite and Kurzweil are obviously insane. Both are also extremely convincing and charismatic. Kurzweil’s shtick is that he’s very convincing to techno-geeks at Google... people who have now put him in charge of Google’s technology.
This alone is frightening, realizing that Google has been suckered into the cult of transhumanism—a cult based on such bizarre sci-fi distortions that it makes Scientology look downright conservative by comparison.
Perhaps Google will soon announce its own cult: Googletology. Or Kurzweilianism.
But there’s something even more frightening in all this: the transhumanists may succeed in creating such convincing simulations that they fool huge numbers of other people into thinking the mind-meld with machines actually works! And they may then commit suicide to “merge with the machines” as Kurzweil describes.
Do You Understand?
A convincing simulation is still not you.
See, if you do manage to scan a human brain and copy it over to a highly-complex computer system—and this very well may be possible by 2045—it may create a strongly convincing simulation that appears to be alive.
It may be able to talk with you, reason with you, and even inhabit a humanoid robot that walks around the world much like a human. This illusion of consciousness may be so convincing that large numbers of individuals are convinced to kill themselves as part of some sort of “transference” to the machine.
It will be given a friendly-sounding name, of course, such as “You 2.0.” Drink the Kool-Aid, kill off your physical body, and then your brain pattern gets copied to a digital simulation of you while the Kurzweil cultists stand back and say, “Shazam! You’ve been uploaded into a machine!” Ain’t it trendy?
Not really. You’re actually dead, and now the machine is running a “convincing simulation” of your personality.
This simulation may manage to convince your friends that you’re still “alive” inside the machine, but your spirit is actually long gone, having departed the earthly realm when your physical body died (from drinking the Kool-Aid).
Realistically, the task of creating computer systems capable of fooling human beings into thinking they’re “real people” is not so astonishing given a time frame of thirty years or so.
But the Turing test never took into account the existence of a non-physical consciousness or soul. Turing’s theories were missing something vital to existence: consciousness.
So if you see a computer system running an on-screen personality that claims to be Ray Kurzweil, and it invites you to drink some Kool-Aid and merge with the machines, just hit delete and go back to playing Farmville.

4. Biophotons: The Human Body Emits, Communicates with & Is Made from Light
Increasingly, science agrees with the poetry of direct human experience: we are more than the atoms and molecules that make up our bodies. We are beings of light as well.
Biophotons are emitted by the human body, can be released through mental intention, and may modulate fundamental processes in cell-to-cell communication and DNA.
Nothing is more amazing than the highly improbable fact that we exist. We often ignore this fact, oblivious to the reality that instead of something, there could be nothing at all.
In other words, why is there a universe (poignantly aware of itself through us) and not some void completely unconscious of itself?
Consider that from light, air, water, basic minerals in the earth’s crust and the at least three-billion-year-old information contained in the nucleus of one diploid zygote cell, the human body is formed, and within that body exists a soul capable of at least trying to comprehend its bodily and spiritual origins.
Given the sheer “insanity” of our existential condition, and bodily incarnation as a whole, and considering that our earthly existence is partially formed from sunlight and requires the continual consumption of condensed sunlight in the form of food, it may not sound so farfetched that our body emits light.
Indeed, the human body emits biophotons, also known as ultraweak photon emissions (UPE), with a visibility 1,000 times lower than the sensitivity of our naked eye.
While not visible to us, these particles of light (or waves, depending on how you measure them) are part of the visible electromagnetic spectrum (380-780 nm) and are detectable via sophisticated modern instrumentation.
The Physical & “Mental” Eye Emits Light
The eye itself, which is continually exposed to powerful photons that pass through various ocular tissues, gives off spontaneous and visible light-induced ultraweak photon emissions.
It has even been hypothesized that visible light induces delayed bioluminescence in exposed eye tissue, providing an explanation for the origin of the negative afterimage.
These light emissions have also been correlated with cerebral energy metabolism and oxidative stress in the mammalian brain. And yet, biophoton emissions are not necessarily epiphenomenal.
Bókkon's hypothesis suggests that photons released from chemical processes in the brain produce biophysical pictures during visual imagery. A recent study found that when subjects actively imagined light in a dark environment, their intention produced significant increases in ultraweak photo emissions.
This is consistent with an emerging view that biophotons are not solely cellular metabolic byproducts, but rather, because biophoton intensity can be considerably higher inside cells than outside, it is possible for the mind to access this energy gradient to create intrinsic biophysical pictures during visual perception and imagery.
Cells & DNA Use Biophotons to Store & Communicate Information
Apparently, biophotons are used by the cells in many living organisms to communicate, which facilitates energy/information transfer that is several orders of magnitude faster than chemical diffusion.
According to a 2010 study, “Cell to cell communication by biophotons [has] been demonstrated in plants, bacteria, animal neutriophil granulocytes and kidney cells.”
Researchers were able to demonstrate that "different spectral light stimulation (infrared, red, yellow, blue, green and white) at one end of the spinal sensory or motor nerve roots resulted in a significant increase in the biophotonic activity at the other end.”
Researchers interpreted this finding to suggest that "light stimulation can generate biophotons that conduct along the neural fibers, probably as neural communication signals.”
Even when we go down to the molecular level of our genome, DNA can be identified as a source of biophoton emissions as well. One author proposes that DNA is so biophoton-dependent that is has excimer laser-like properties, enabling it to exist in a stable state far from thermal equilibrium at threshold.
Technically speaking, a biophoton is an elementary particle or quantum of light of non-thermal origin in the visible and ultraviolet spectrum emitted from a biological system.
Biophotons are generally believed to be produced as a result of energy metabolism in our cells, or more formally as a "by-product of biochemical reactions in which excited molecules are produced from bioenergetic processes that involve active oxygen species."
The Body’s Circadian Biophoton Output
Because the body’s metabolism changes in a circadian fashion, biophoton emissions also vary along the axis of diurnal time. Research has mapped out distinct anatomical locations where biophoton emissions are stronger and weaker, depending on the time of day:
Generally, the fluctuation in photon counts over the body was lower in the morning than in the afternoon. The thorax-abdomen region emitted lowest and most constantly. The upper extremities and the head region emitted most and increasingly over the day. Spectral analysis of low, intermediate and high emission from the superior frontal part of the right leg, the forehead and the palms in the sensitivity range of the photomultiplier showed the major spontaneous emission at 470-570 nm. The central palm area of hand emission showed a larger contribution of the 420-470 nm range in the spectrum of spontaneous emission from the hand in autumn/winter. The spectrum of delayed luminescence from the hand showed major emission in the same range as spontaneous emission.
The researchers concluded that the “spectral data suggest that measurements might well provide quantitative data on the individual pattern of peroxidative and anti-oxidative processes in vivo.”
Meditation & Herbs Affect Biophoton Output
Research has found an oxidative stress-mediated difference in biophoton emission among mediators versus non-meditators.
Those who meditate regularly tend to have lower ultra-weak photon emission (UPE, biophoton emission), which is believed to result from the lower level of free radical reactions occurring in their bodies.
In one clinical study involving practitioners of transcendental meditation (TM), researchers found:
The lowest UPE intensities were observed in two subjects who regularly meditate. Spectral analysis of human UPE has suggested that ultra-weak emission is probably, at least in part, a reflection of free radical reactions in a living system. It has been documented that various physiologic and biochemical shifts follow the long-term practice of meditation and it is inferred that meditation may impact free radical activity.
Interestingly, an herb well-known for its use in stress reduction (including inducing measurable declines in cortisol), and associated heightened oxidative stress, has been tested clinically in reducing the level of biophotons emitted in human subjects.
Known as rhodiola, it was the focus of a study published in 2009 in Phytotherapeutic Research which found that those who took the herb for one week had a significant decrease in photon emission in comparison with a placebo group.
Human Skin May Capture Energy & Information from Sunlight
Perhaps most extraordinary of all is the possibility that our bodily surface contains cells capable of efficiently trapping the energy and information from ultraviolet radiation.
A study published in the Journal of Photochemistry and Photobiology in 1993, "Artificial Sunlight Irradiation Induces Ultraweak Photon Emission in Human Skin Fibroblasts,” discovered that when light from an artificial sunlight source was applied to fibroblasts or either normal subjects or one with xeroderma pigmentosum, characterized by deficient DNA repair mechanisms, it induced far higher emissions of ultraweak photons (10-20 times) in the xeroderma pigmentosum group.
The researchers concluded, “These data suggest that xeroderma pigmentosum cells tend to lose the capacity of efficient storage of ultraweak photons, indicating the existence of an efficient intracellular photon trapping system within human cells.”
More recent research has also identified measurable differences in biophoton emissions between normal and melanoma cells.
In a previous article (“Does Skin Pigment Act Like a Natural Solar Panel?”), I explored the role of melanin in converting ultraviolet light into metabolic energy:
Melanin is capable of transforming ultraviolet light energy into heat in a process known as “ultrafast internal conversion”; more than 99.9% of the absorbed UV radiation is transformed from potentially genotoxic (DNA-damaging) ultraviolet light into harmless heat.
If melanin can convert light into heat, could it not also transform UV radiation into other biologically/metabolically useful forms of energy? This may not seem so farfetched when one considers that even gamma radiation, which is highly toxic to most forms of life, is a source of sustenance for certain types of fungi and bacteria.
The Body’s Biophoton Outputs Are Governed by Solar & Lunar Forces
It appears that modern science is only now coming to recognize the ability of the human body to receive and emit energy and information directly from the light given off from the sun.
There is also a growing realization that the sun and moon affect biophoton emissions through gravitational influences.
Recently, biophoton emissions from wheat seedlings in Germany and Brazil were found to be synchronized transcontinentally according to rhythms associated with the lunisolar tide.
In fact, the lunisolar tidal force, to which the sun contributes thirty and the moon sixty percent of the combined gravitational acceleration, has been found to regulate a number of features of plant growth on Earth.
Intention Is a Living Force of Physiology
Even human intention itself, the so-called ghost in the machine, may have an empirical basis in biophotons.
A recent commentary published in the Investigación clinica, “Evidence about the Power of Intention," addressed this connection:
Intention is defined as a directed thought to perform a determined action. Thoughts targeted to an end can affect inanimate objects and practically all living things from unicellular organisms to human beings. The emission of light particles (biophotons) seems to be the mechanism through which an intention produces its effects. All living organisms emit a constant current of photons as a mean to direct instantaneous nonlocal signals from one part of the body to another and to the outside world. Biophotons are stored in the intracellular DNA. When the organism is sick, changes in biophotons emissions are produced. Direct intention manifests itself as an electric and magnetic energy producing an ordered flux of photons. Our intentions seem to operate as highly coherent frequencies capable of changing the molecular structure of matter. For the intention to be effective it is necessary to choose the appropriate time. In fact, living beings are mutually synchronized and to the earth and its constant changes of magnetic energy. It has been shown that the energy of thought can also alter the environment. Hypnosis, stigmata phenomena and the placebo effect can also be considered as types of intention, as instructions to the brain during a particular state of consciousness. Cases of spontaneous cures or of remote healing of extremely ill patients represent instances of an exceedingly great intention to control diseases menacing our lives. The intention to heal as well as the beliefs of the sick person on the efficacy of the healing influences promote his healing. In conclusion, studies on thought and consciousness are emerging as fundamental aspects and not as mere epiphenomena that are rapidly leading to a profound change in the paradigms of Biology and Medicine.
So there you have it. Science increasingly agrees with direct human experience: we are more than the atoms and molecules of which we are composed, but beings that emit, communicate with and are formed from light.
